Dave, our NL/UK CSM, Dave has been with LegionellaDossier for over 5 years and during this time he has been working closely with both clients and staff to develop their understanding of the LD platform, Dave started initially as the first support for LD. With his IT background it’s easy for Dave to understand IT and share his knowledge about our system in a clear and concise way. With Daves experience he likes to challenge & continually improve our system and clients to improve the experience for all.

Lynnet, our dedicated Customer Success Manager at LegionellaDossier in the UK. With 15 years of experience in the water industry, including roles as Head of Customer Service, Quality, and Internal Systems, Lynnet possesses a deep understanding of your needs. Her passion lies in ensuring a seamless transition to our software and fostering lasting client relationships. Lynnet is your trusted guide to navigate the onboarding process and optimise your LegionellaDossier experience. Niels joined LegionellaDossier as a Partner Manager with a focus on the United Kingdom (UK) and the Netherlands (NL). He embarked on this journey in February and has since been dedicated to strengthening our partnerships and fostering mutually beneficial relationships. His professional journey has been marked by a deep-rooted understanding of the intricacies of our system, owing to his prior experience as a user for a period of two years in industry. This invaluable experience has not only honed his skills but also provided him with unique insights into the needs and perspectives of our partners. As a Partner Manager, he is committed to leveraging this firsthand knowledge to drive collaborative success and deliver exceptional value to our partners in the UK and NL.

Marcel, has been at LegionellaDossier for three years and combines his technical expertise with a warm and approachable manner. Marcel works across the business as a dedicated Solution Engineer with a passion for making a difference. With three years of invaluable experience at LD, Marcel has become an asset to the LegionellaDossier.

Christel is a seasoned expert in customer support and system solutions. Her role revolves around delivering outstanding customer service and fine-tuning system functionality to meet clients’ needs with precision and efficiency. She excels in both troubleshooting and optimising systems to ensure seamless operations.

Mellissa’s journey with us began as a diligent Market Research intern 3 years ago, and she has since evolved into an invaluable asset, contributing to our success through her work as a customer support and data - specialist. Since working at LegionellaDossier, Mellissa has consistently proven her dedication and expertise in these critical areas. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Management, she brings a global perspective to her work, enriching our team with her strategic insights.

Having joined LegionellaDossier at the start of 2023 as a Customer Support Specialist, Imane has quickly mastered LD software, providing exceptional support. Imane has extensive experience in the SaaS industry and previously held roles such as customer success manager and business developer.
